Terms of Service

These Terms apply to helianwell.com, app.helianwell.com, and our related services (the “Services”).

1. Who we are

HelianWell is operated by Betami LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“HelianWell”, “we”, “us”). Our address is 15410 Prairie Oaks Dr, Houston, TX 77083, USA. You can reach us at support@helianwell.com.

2. Who can use HelianWell

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. HelianWell is for parents, expecting parents, and caregivers. Children may not create accounts.

3. Your membership

A membership gives you access to our course library, livestreams and recordings, community, challenges, and Heli, our AI assistant, while your membership is active. We may update or retire content over time. 1:1 coaching is not included in the membership price.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

We will tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then. If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause your access until it succeeds.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in the app: open the account menu, go to Membership, then choose Cancel plan. You can also email support@helianwell.com. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

New members can get a full refund of their first membership payment if they ask within 14 days. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains this and how coaching refunds work. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under applicable law.

7. 1:1 coaching sessions

Coaching sessions are private video sessions with a HelianWell coach for parenting education and support. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the package you buy. Coaching is not medical care, therapy, or counseling. Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for you or your child, and a session does not create a provider–patient relationship. Sessions are paid in advance.

You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund or credit up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded. If we or the coach cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Medical Disclaimer.

8. Not medical advice

Everything in the Services is general education. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from your doctor, midwife, or your child's pediatrician. Ask a qualified healthcare provider about any medical question. If you think you or your child may be having an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.

9. Heli, our AI assistant

Heli is an artificial intelligence tool, not a person. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, and it does not replace a professional. Don't rely on Heli for medical decisions or emergencies. Heli runs on DeepSeek. We do not use your conversations or your child's information to train AI models. Read About Heli.

10. Community rules

Be kind and respectful. Don't post anything harmful, harassing, hateful, sexual, misleading, or illegal, and don't share other people's private information. Don't sell or advertise without our permission, and don't give or ask for medical diagnoses. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. The app's Community Guidelines say more.

11. Content and intellectual property

Our courses, videos, worksheets, and other materials belong to HelianWell or its licensors. You may use them for your own family's personal use. You may not copy or resell them, share your login, or record livestreams. You keep ownership of what you post and let us display it within the Services.

12. Ending your access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the Services. If we end your membership without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it within 30 days. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new effective date and email members about important changes before they take effect.
