Website Privacy Notice
Effective date: November 4, 2026
This notice explains how Betami LLC(“HelianWell”, “we”) handles information on helianwell.com. Our app has its own Privacy Policy, which covers your account, membership, and Heli.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name and email when you join our email list, start sign-up, or use the contact form, and anything you write to us.
- What is collected automatically: pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you reached us, for example from an ad.
- Cookies and similar tools: Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. These load only after you agree, including where the law requires consent, for example in the UK and EU.
How we use it
To reply to you, send emails you asked for, run and improve the site, measure our ads, and keep the site secure. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host the site, send our emails, and provide analytics and ad measurement, including Google and Meta. We also share information when the law requires it. We don't sell personal information for money. Some US states treat sharing data for targeted ads as a “sale” or “sharing”: you can opt out at Your Privacy Choices, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.
Health information
Please don't send medical details through the contact form. We don't share information about your pregnancy or your child with advertisers.
Children
helianwell.com is for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
How long we keep it
Contact messages for 24 months. Email list details until you unsubscribe. Analytics data for 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email privacy@helianwell.com. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Where we are
We're based in the United States, so your information is processed there.
